Heard Ms. Babita Jalal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Pooran Singh Rawat, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the respondent. 3. Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, Brief Holder, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the Investigating Officer has filed a closure report before the concerned court. 4. After the said submission, Ms. Babita Jalal, Advocate appearing for the applicant has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. 5.
