The instant writ petition is preferred seeking a direction commanding the respondent authorities to pass an order for acquisition of disputed land Old Gata No. 759 Kh, New Gata No. 1696 Kha area 0.0009 hectare situate in Village Hafijpur, Pargana Nizamabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh. Alternatively, it is prayed that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.5.2025 be decided within a stipulated period. 3. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that interest of justice would be sub-served by issuing a direction to the second respondent to consider the cause of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioner has filed a detailed representation, which is appended as Annexure-6 to the writ petition, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authority concern shall pass order independently, in accordance with law at the earliest without causing any delay.
