Case No. 87 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(3), 324(4), 324(5), 326(f), 111(2)(b), 111(4), 3(5), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 02.12.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant, who is a local contractor, by P.L.FI. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that his name has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. 5. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
