Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Jaspal Singh, SHO Shutrana, submits that the police has already concluded the investigation and cancellation report is going to be presented soon. 3. In these circumstances, the present petition is hereby disposed of and petitioner may approach the Area Magistrate as and when the cancellation report is presented and avail the appropriate remedies available to him under the law. 4.
