When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8829 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024 has been duly complied with and has produced a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1334/2024/sema-3 dated 03.12.2024 to substantiate the same. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order has not been complied with. 4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
