Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 8.8.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0162 of 2025, under Sections 6192), 140(2), 308(6) and 351(3) BNS, 2023, P.S. Rajghat, District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has received instructions that certain Sections have been added during course of investigation, therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned FIR after retaining its photocopy on record.
