JUSTICE M.G.S.KAMAL) Petitioner is before this Court seeking following reliefs:- A) Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 23-05-2023 as per the (Annexure-E). B) Issue any other writ or order or orders as this Hon’ble Court be deems fit it necessary under the facts and circumstances of the case. 02. Case of the petitioner is that property bearing *Site No.137 measuring east - west 34 feet north - South 50 feet situated at **Kadwad Village, Bidar Taluka and District belonged to his father namely Basappa son of Veerappa. That his father passed away on 24.11.2022 leaving behind the petitioner herein and three daughters. That the daughters have executed no objection certificate consenting for change of Khata in the name of the petitioner. Though, the petitioner has submitted *corrected vide chamber order dated 19-12-2025. **corrected vide court dated 19-01-2026. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:6897 WP No. 203562 of 2025 representation dated 23.05.2023 along the necessary documents. The respondent has not transferred the Khata in the name of the petitioner. Hence, the petition. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime submits that though the sisters of the petitioner have given no objection, the petitioner will obtain necessary deeds of conveyance in the nature of release or gift as the case may be, duly registered in the manner known to law and make a fresh representation to the respondent - authorities. 04. In view of submission the petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation along with the deed of conveyance, conveying the shares of the sisters in his favour. Upon such a representation being made, respondent - - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:6897 WP No. 203562 of 2025 authorities shall consider the same within 60 days from the date of submission of such representations.
