Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records of the case and to quash the ex parte impugned order dated 22.8.2025 passed by the respondent no.3. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to forthwith continue with the Security to the petitioner free of cost or on payment of 10% amount of the salary to be paid to the armed guard so long as threat perception of the petitioner continues in relation to which detailed order be passed, if need so arises, to be passed forthwith." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised objection and submitted that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy to file appeal before the State Level Security Committee, therefore, writ petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Under such facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Level Security Committee, if so advised. 5. In case any such appeal is filed before the State Level Security Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Alok Shukla, Prabhakar Awasthi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ram Kishan Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) Committee alongwith certified copy of this order within one week from today, the same shall be considered and decided maximum within a period of six weeks strictly in accordance with law.
