The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.OP.No.23675of 2025 respondent police submitted that the petition from Commissioner of Police forwarded to the respondent police and the enquiry is pending in 5706/COP. He further submitted that if the petitioner participated in the enquiry and cooperate for the enquiry, there is no need to apprehension of arrest, 3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summon. If the petitioner cooperate with the enquiry, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of two weeks from today.
