Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application has been filed by the applicant to quash the charge sheet no. 31A dated 06.06.2025 under sections 3, 5 and 8 of U.P.Cow Slaughter Prevention Act, 1955, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and 120-B IPC, registered at PS- Moosanagar, District Kanpur Nagar, filed against the applicant in Case Crime no. 68 of 2024 under sections 3, 5 and 8 of U.P.Cow Slaughter Prevention Act, 1955 and section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, registered at PS- Moosanagar, District Kanpur Dehat as well as summoning/cognizance order dated 28.07.2025 passed by ACJM, Court no. 1, District Kanpur Dehat in Case no. 20984 of 2025 (State vs. Mohd. Abdulla and others) and entire proceeding of Case no. 20984 of 2025, Case Crime no. 68 of 2024 under sections 3, 5 and 8 of U.P.Cow Slaughter Prevention Act, 1955 and section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, PS- Moosanagar, District Kanpur Dehat. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he relinquishes the prayer for quashment and wishes to move bail application before the trial court. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made. 5. Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of the case, it is provided that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Minakshi Tripathi, Monarch Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Satees .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) three weeks from today and move application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 6. For a period of three weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. 7. It is made clear that in the event no such application is moved within the time prescribed above, this order will be of no avail to the applicant. However, it is made clear that none of the grounds are convincing for seeking quashing of orders impugned along with entire proceeding. 8.
