After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek an appropriate remedy before appropriate forum. He submits that the respondents/authority may be directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner, till the petitioner seeks remedy from appropriate forum. Learned State counsel would submit that for the next seven working days coercive steps shall not be taken against the petitioner.
