This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a Writ or direction in suitable Nature directing to the Respondent No.1 D.R.T. Allahabad to decide the T.M.A. No. 114 of 2018 "M/s Wic- Chem Pvt Ltd vs A.Ο. FerSyndicate Bank" filed by the Petitioner as early as Possible within stipulated Period, It is further prayed BAD that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to directing to the Respondent Bank maintain status quo during pendency of the aforesaid case before D.R.T. Allahabad, and/or pass such others and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the present case, during the pendency of the present Wirt petition before this Hon'ble Court. Otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned case is pending consideration since 2018, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
