Case No.94 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 342, 376 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioner is said to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 13.08.2025. 4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
