HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 13570 of 2025 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Rytham Gupta, Advocate for Respondents-2 to 5. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order dated 30.07.2025 whereby he was put under suspension on certain allegations. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents has no instruction, whether charge sheet is issued or not. 4. At this stage, Court is not entering into merit of case so far as whether allegations mentioned in suspension order are correct or not since it is subject matter of disciplinary proceeding. 5. It is told by learned counsel for respondents that charge sheet, if not already issued, will be issued within two weeks from today and with cooperation of petitioner inquiry will be concluded within two months thereafter. 6. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that substance allowance is not paid to petitioner. 7. In aforesaid circumstances, it is observed that if condition mentioned in suspension order is satisfied, subsistence allowance be paid to petitioner.
