(Oral) (Oral) (Oral) (Oral) The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for willfully disobeying the order dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-19094- 2022, whereby, the respondents were directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners within a period of 06 months, who had claimed regularization of their services as per the Policy of 2011. 2. Mr. Nischal Chetanya Manchanda, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, submits that claim of the petitioners has been considered and a speaking order dated 14.07.2025 has been passed, as such, the aforesaid order stands complied with. A copy of the order dated 14.07.2025 has been submitted in the Court, which is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the opposite counsel. 3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, nothing survives in the petition and as such, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as per law, if so advised. 4. Rule stands discharged. 5.
