Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was allowed vide order dated 01.07.2008 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11926 of 2008 but from perusal of the impugned order dated 29.08.2025 it appears that bail-bond of the petitioner was cancelled vide order dated 03.04.2018 and he was declared absconder and thereafter, he was taken into judicial custody on 04.07.2025. 3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this Patna High Court CR.
