1. Petitioner has filed petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.210, dated 19.07.2025, under Sections 20(b), 20(B), 27-A, 61 and 85 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bawani Kheda, District Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is falsely implicated in this case on the basis of the disclosure statement of the co-accused from whose possession the narcotics were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that antecedents of the present petitioner are clear and clean and he is not involved in any other criminal case.

4. Mr. Karan Veer Singh, Sr.DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned State counsel contended that besides MONIKA RANI the disclosure statement of the co-accused regarding the involvement of the 2025.08.22 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-45173-2025 2 present petitioner whereby he supplied the narcotics to the co-accused, there is also electronic evidence against the present petitioner that he was in company of the co-accused at the time of handing over the narcotic. Petitioner is required for custodial interrogation to ascertain the source of contraband.

6. Keeping in view the contention of learned State counsel that accused is required for custodial interrogation to know the source of contraband therefore this Court finds no merit in the present petition and the same is dismissed.
