Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Courty vide order dated 05.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54636 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a maintenance case has been filed by the petitioner i.e. Maintenance Case No.93 of 2022 which is pending for disposal before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20132 of 2025(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 take steps for early disposal of the said Maintenance Case No.93 of 2022. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
