By the present modification application, the petitioner has prayed to modify the order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71793 of 2023, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay an amount of Rs.5000/- per month on regular basis. However, it has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is already paying a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month as interim maintenance to his wife (opposite party no.2) as has been fixed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria. In such view of the matter, it is clarified that the amount of Rs.5000/- would get merged in the interim maintenance amount of Rs.15,000/- and it would not be over and above Rs.15,000/-. 4. With such clarification, the order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71793 of 2023 is modified and this modification application is allowed to the extent as indicated above.
