Heard the counsel for the petitioner, the A.G.A. for the State and Sri Dharmendra Kumar Shukla, the counsel for respondent no. 4. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 20.08.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 151 of 2025 under section 137 (2), 61 (2) Β.Ν.S., 2023, Police Station- Harpur Budhat, District Gorakhpur. II) Issue a Writ order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 to 3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to Case Crime No. 151 of 2025 under section 137 (2), 61 (2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Harpur Budhat, District Gorakhpur." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
