By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to regularize the services of the petitioners on the post of regular collection Amin under 35 per cent quota as provided under Rule 5(i) and 17-Ka of U.P. Collection Amins' Service Rules, 1974. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to seek relaxation in age of the petitioners according to Rule 3 of U.P. Public Service (Relaxation of the Age Limit for Recruitment) Rules, 1992, within some reasonable time so as to provide regular appointment to the petitioners on the post of Collection Amin." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 18.07.2025 which is pending consideration till date. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 18.07.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
