Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is statedly serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) at GSSS Drubbal, District Mandi. His case is that on account of certain adverse family circumstances, more particularly, his sick daughter aged seven years, he has preferred a representation to respondent No.2 on 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer, which has been forwarded by the Principal of the 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 school on 17.02.2025. Petitioner’s grievance is that his aforesaid representation has not been decided by the competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
