GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.5284 OF 2025 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent No.4 in releasing the amounts of Rs.2,35,968/-, Rs.4,89,360/-, Rs.4,54,180/- and Rs.4,92,962/- to the Petitioner for the works executed under agreement Nos.59, 60, 61, 62 of 2023 – 2024, dated 16.10.2023, executed by the Respondent No.4. 2. The Petitioner submits that he had completed the works under the agreement Nos.59, 60, 61 and 62 of 2023 and an amount of Rs.2,35,968/-, Rs.4,89,360/-, Rs.4,54,180/- and Rs.4,92,962/- is due under the respective agreements. Hence, the Writ Petition was filed. 3. The learned Standing Counsel passed on written instructions singed by the Respondent No.4 on 04.03.2025 wherein, the execution of the works by the Petitioner under Gadapa Gadapaki Mana Prabhuthvam Scheme (GGMP) was admitted to be completed. Further it was stated that the Respondent-Municipality had prepared the bills and the bills were uploaded in CFMS portal. It was stated that all the bills of the Petitioner were uploaded in CFMS Portal for making payment to 3 the Petitioner but the same was showing under the caption ‘insufficient funds’. It is further mentioned that the respondent No.4 addressed letter to the District Collector, Tirupathi for release of grant for making the payment to the Petitioner. As there is no dispute to the execution of work and the amount due to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition can be disposed of, by giving time frame for payment of admitted amounts. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent-Corporation to make payments to the Petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
