HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 31321 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J.
1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer;
"to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 25.08.2025 passed by respondent no.02 in Case no.1295 of 2025, Computerised case No. C202506000 001295 (Maheshchand Dwivedi Vs. Sulekha Devi) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006."
2. It is contended that against the mutation order an appeal was preferred in which a stay application was moved and interim order was passed. Subsequently, on recall application being filed the order granting interim stay was withdrawn, against which a revision has been preferred which is pending consideration. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that a direction may be issued for deciding the revision filed under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as early as possible.
3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide the Revision No. 1295 of 2025, Computerized Case No. C-202506000001295, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
