Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 12.2.2023, which is wrongly transcribed in the prayer as 11.2.2023. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that against the notice dated 12.2.2023, petitioner has filed objection, which was received in the office of Competent Authority on 6.3.2023, but without considering the same, now respondent authorities has started road widening and there is full likelihood of demolition of house of petitioner, therefore, Court may please to stay the aforesaid notice. 4. Learned Standing Counsel while proceeding further, objection of petitioner shall be considered and decided at the earliest. 5. Under such facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Competent Authority to consider and decide the objection of the petitioner dated 6.3.2023 within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before demolition of house of petitioner as alleged and also inform the decision to petitioner. 6. In case objection has already been decided, copy of the decision shall be provided to petitioner within two weeks and no fresh consideration is required.
