JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 2 09-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 to 5 vide order dated 28.09.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Barh, Patna in A.B.P. No.846 of 2024 arising out of Ghoswari P.S. Case No.124 of 2024. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.199 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr.
