The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a order or direction to the concern court (Civil Judge (S.D.) / F.T.C. Aligarh to decide the pending original suit No. 691 of 2017, CNR No. UPAL060008592017, (HOME FIT EXPORTS, A-9 Industrial Estate, Aligarh through its Partner/ Authorized Signatory Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta S/o Sri R.R. Gupta Vs. Bank of Baroda, Head Office, Suraj Plaza 1, Sayaji Ganjm, Baroda- 390005 through its CEO and 4 others), within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2017 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. From perusal of the order sheet, annexed as Annexure No. 4 to the petition, it appears that several dates have been fixed by the Court concerned, however, till date, the aforesaid suit has not been decided. 5. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Civil Judge (S.D.) / F.T.C. Aligarh, to decide the aforesaid suit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after hearing all the concerned parties and giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Asif Counsel for Respondent(s) : Anadi Krishna Narayana, Kundan Rai Home Fit Exports .....Petitioner(s) Bank Of Baroda And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment. 7.
