No.618 of 2025. 2. The allegation in this case is that on 07.03.2021, the accused was threatening people who were standing in the bus stop . A case was registered in Cr.No.51 of 2021 on 07.03.2021 for the alleged offence under Section 7 (1) (1) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2005. No useful purpose will be served by continuing the case. 3.
