The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents and take action on their representation dated 29.07.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners have filed a representation on 29.07.2025 before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) raising its grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He has further submitted that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon.
