2025:JHHC:26253 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI C.M.P. No.377 of 2025 ---- Viplav Kumar Nayak & Ors. …. …. Petitioners Versus The State of Jharkhand …. …. Opposite Party ---- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR ---- For the Petitioner : Mr. Manoj Kumar, Adv. For the Opposite Party : Mr. Ratnesh Kumar, Adv. ---- 07/Dated: 29th August, 2025 1. The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of the name of the petitioner No.12 in the judgment dated 13.06.2024 passed in W.P. (S) No.2912 of 2024. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the judgment dated 13.06.2024 passed in W.P. (S) No.2912 of 2024 the spelling of the name of the petitioner No.12 has been wrongly typed that is “Rita Roseline Bara” while the correct spelling of the name is “Reeta Roseline Bara”. 3. After perusing the original writ petition, it appears that in the cause title of the writ petition the name of the petitioner no.12 is written as “Rita Roseline Bara” while in the vakalatnama her name is “Reeta Roseline Bara”. In the other identity card, her name is mentioned as “Reeta Roseline Bara”. Further, she is a para- teacher and as such her identity is not in dispute. 4. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection. 5. In that view of the matter, the judgment dated 13.06.2024 passed in W.P. (S) No.2912 of 2024 is only modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner No.12 should be read as “Reeta Roseline Bara”. 6. With the only modification, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) Amar/- Uploaded
