The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(A). Issue an order or direction to direct to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No.04, Ghazipur to decide the O.S No.1033 of 2012 (Radhika Versus Sayeda Bibi and others) within a stipulated time bound period or as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned case is pending before Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No.04, Ghazipur for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No.04, Ghazipur to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Aslam Khan, Mohd. Mateen Khan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
