The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to deposit the amount due to the bank as per the aforesaid One Time Settlement (OTS). In the event of non-compliance or failure to deposit the payment as stipulated in the OTS, the bank shall be at liberty to take coercive measures as per law.
