The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "a) Issue, suitable order or direction commanding the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Meerut, to decide the Impleadment application having Paper No. 30Ga filea by the petitioner/ applicant in Misc. Case No. 302 of 2025 (Rampal Sharma @ Rampal Vs. Pawan Sharma) pending before the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Meerut, expeditiously and as earliest as possible as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court and preferably within a period of 15 days." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned impleadment application is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Meerut for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Meerut to consider and decide the aforementioned application of the petitioner, in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kushagra Singh, Namman Raj Vanshi Counsel for Respondent(s) : S.S. Chemical Private Limited And Another .....Petitioner(s) Sri Rampal Sharma @ Rampal And Another .....Respondent(s) accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
