The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 04.02.2024, the informant was sleeping in her house with her husband. Unknown person entered inside the room and assaulted her husband, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co- accused. It was also submitted that the co-accused Nandu Lohra and Munni Purti have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, has submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co- accused. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Murhu P.S.
