The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding of Case No.7267 of 2022 (S.T. No.98 of 2024) (State vs. Gaurav Bishnoi And another), under Sections 307, 364/511, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Tilhar, District- Shahjahanpur, pending in the court of Session Judge, District- Shahjahanpur. 4. This court vide order dated 14.11.2024 had referred the matter for mediation, however, the report submitted by the Mediation Center reflects that the applicants have not deposited the mediation amount as fixed by the Court, hence, the notice could not be issued to opposite party no.2. 5. Considering the above situation that neither the applicants have deposited the mediation amount nor their counsel is present today even in revised call, the instant application is dismissed. 6.
