P. -------- 02/ Dated 28.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, S.T. No.171 of 2024 (MCRA No.261 of 2025), for the offence registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella Kharsawan. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 10711/2024, vide order dated 18.12.2024. On 14.06.2024 at about 06:30 p.m., petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the informant and his three years old son, causing firearm injuries. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage.
