The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents and take action on complaint dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) and representation dated 28.06.2025 (Annexure P-8). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a complaint dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) and representation dated 28.06.2025 (Annexure P-8) before the Director General of Police, Punjab raising its grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He has further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab to decide the Puneet Sharma 2025.08.22 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment 118 CRM-M-45557-2025 -2- aforesaid complaint and representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon. 3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid complaint dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) and representation dated 28.06.2025 (Annexure P-8) of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 6.
