The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I-Issue an order or direction to the court below i.e. Gram Nayalaya, Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur to decide the Original Suit No. 349 of 2002 (Jalaluddin and another Vs. Ajimulla and others), pending before him within stipulated period of time which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned case is pending before Gram Nayalaya, Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Gram Nayalaya, Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Jalaluddin .....Petitioner(s) Ajimulla And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
