This I.A. is filed for bringing on record the subsequent development and for an interim order restraining the respondent authorities to proceed with fresh tender bearing Bid No. GEM/ 2025/B/5968254 dated 18.02.2025. 3. When this I.A. was taken up on 13.03.2025, the Railway authorities were directed not to proceed with the impugned fresh Bid No. GEM/ 2025/B/5968254 dated 18.02.2025 till the next date fixed. Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr. H. Gupta, learned CGC, submits that the impugned Bid No. GEM/ 2025/B/5968254, dated 18.02.2025, is a national project in connection with Jiribam to Imphal Railway Line Project and the said Bid dated 18.02.2025 has no connection with the subject matter involved in WP(C) No. 6846/2024. 4. Mr. P. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that if the impugned Bid dated 18.02.2025 is not in connection with the subject matter of WP(C) No. 6846/2024, the present I.A. may be closed. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned CGC that the impugned Bid No. GEM/ 2025/B/5968254, dated 18.02.2025, is a national project in connection with the Railway line between Jiribam and Imphal and has no Page No.# 3/3 connection with the subject matter involved in WP(C) No. 6846/2024, the present I.A. is accordingly closed. 6.
