The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for issuance of Rule of contempt in disobeying and neglecting the order dated 19.06.2024 passed by this Court, in C.W.J.C. No.2739 of 2024 by which his lordship has been pleased to disposed of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach with the Circle Officer, Dhoraiya for redress of his grievance by filing fresh petition alongwith copy of the order preferably withi Patna High Court MJC No.208 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 six months. 3. A show cause has come on behalf of the Circle Officer, Dhoraiya, Banka, according to which, the matter has been referred to the D.C.L.R., Banka for cancellation of Jamabandi has the petitioner failed to provide any document to lay his claim over the land. 4. In that background, allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter before the D.C.L.R., Banka, the MJC No. 208 of 2025 is disposed of. 5.
