5050 of 2025 and 3723 of 2026 COMMON ORDER In compliance with the order passed by this Court, dated 21.07.2026, Mr.M. Senthil, sole petitioner in CRP No. 5050 of 2025 and the second petitioner in CRP No. 3723 of 2026 have filed a common undertaking affidavit in both civil revision petitions, dated 28.07.2026, wherein he undertook to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the schedule premises to the respondent on or before 31.10.2026. 2. Though Mr. M.Saravanan is the first petitioner in CRP No.3723 of 2026, it is admitted by both side counsel that the Mr.M.Saravanan is own brother of Mr.M.Senthil, and now, Mr. M.Senthil alone is in occupation of both portions and hence, he alone has filed the undertaking affidavit to vacate both portions on or before 31.10.2026. 3.
