ADDL ADVOCATE GENERAL (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER:- On the last date of hearing, since it was reported that learned counsel for the petitioners is no more, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners for making alternative arrangements. It is stated that the notices to the 1st and 2nd petitioners have been served. However, no appearance is entered on behalf of the petitioners. 2. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisitionand learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the office of Advocate General. 2 3. Challenging the notification dated 13.01.2020 issued under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 by the 2nd respondent, inviting objections without calling for report to assess the suitability of the land, the present writ petition is filed. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the office of Advocate General have submitted that the proposal for acquisition in respect of the subject land has been withdrawn and alternative land was identified for acquisition and the land involved in the present writ petition would no longer be required for acquisition, even the counter of the Revenue Divisional Officer would state the same. 5. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
