P. No.2343 of 2025 was allowed setting aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge granting liberty to the respondent to proceed afresh after issuing show cause notice and to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the proceedings had ended into passing of the final order on 28.07.2026 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The order dated 28.07.2026 is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
