2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 15 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 0226 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 541 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella.
3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 1327 of 2024 by order dated 02.04.2024.
4. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased who died in her matrimonial home due to throttling.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as many six witnesses including the Informant have been examined in this case and they have not supported the prosecution case. As such, they have been declared hostile.
6. Considering the fact that the deceased was throttled to death in her matrimonial home, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
