Despite repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the respondents. There is also no representation on record to indicate any valid ground for non-appearance. 2. It appears that the respondents is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for default of appearance. 4. However, it is made clear that the respondents shall be at liberty to file an application for restoration, if so advised, subject to showing sufficient cause for non-appearance.
