The petitioner through the medium of the present contempt petition is seeking implementation of Order dated 25.08.2011 passed by the Writ Court whereby the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 were directed to accord due consideration to the objections filed by her and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the rules and scheme after hearing both the petitioner as well as respondent No.5. 02. The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed their Statement of Facts and along with the said Statement of Facts they have annexed copy of Order dated 18.02.2014 wherein they have stated that both the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 were heard in a cordial atmosphere and the objections filed by the petitioner were examined and considered on the touchstone of the rules but the same were found to be devoid of any merit. Accordingly, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 03. In view of the fact that the respondent has complied with the judgement of the Writ Court, though belatedly, no case for proceeding against him is made out. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed and the contempt petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the consideration order passed by the respondents by way of appropriate proceedings.
