This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for seeking following prayer: "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and quash the order dated 25.08.2025 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-I, Moradabad in S.T. No. 410 of 2015, State Versus Akram and others, arising out of Case Crime No.611 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 504 I.P.C., Police Station-Katghar, District- Moradabad." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicants that in the aforesaid case applicants are on bail and they are facing proceedings of trial court since the year 2015. On 25.08.2025 while the case was fixed for defence evidence, an application for exemption of applicants was moved but the same was rejected by the learned trial court in an arbitrary manner and non-bailable warrants were issued against them. It was submitted that applicants would appear before the trial Court and a direction may be made to the trail court to decide the application of applicants for cancellation of warrants expeditiously and protection may be granted till then. 4. Considering entire facts of the matter, it is directed that in case applicants appear before the trial court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and apply for cancellation of warrants or for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. It is further directed that for a period of three weeks from today or till applicants appear before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against applicants in the aforesaid case.
