No. 139, for an admeasuring of 0-06 Cents situated in Nelapadu village, Tullur Mandal, Guntur District is highly illegal, arbitrary, violation of Art 14,19 (g) and 21 of Constitution of India and also violation of principle of Natural Justice. and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere the petitioners the petitioners house site in Sy. No. 139, for an admeasuring of 0-06 Cents situated in Nelapadu Village, Tullur Mandal, Guntur District and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri G. Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering with the subject property as well the civil disputes between petitioner and third parties. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and their parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
