The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certioari for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.05.2025 lodged by respondent No.4, in Case Crime No.0220 of 2025, u/s 74, 351(2), 352 BNS and u/s 7,8 POCSO Act, 2012, P.S.- Kotwali Tirwa, District- Kannauj. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to arrest and harass the petitioners in pursuance of the present impugned First Information Report." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge- sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case. The petitioners have the liberty to challenge the charge-sheet itself before the concerned Magistrate and it is not a case for taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
