Learned counsel for applicant/petitioner filed application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for withdrawal of above mentioned petition bearing CRM-M No. 45668 of 2025, pending for 17.09.2025.

In view of averments mentioned in application and at oral request of learned counsel for applicant/petitioner, main case is taken on Board for today itself.

Learned counsel for petitioner pointed out that he has instructions to withdraw present anticipatory bail petition filed on behalf of petitioner/juvenile in FIR No. 47 dated 20.07.2025 under Section 332(A) of BNS, 2023 and under Section 6 and 18 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Women Police Station Assandh, District Karnal, as petitioner will seek LALIT SHARMA 2025.09.09 18:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

appropriate remedy before Juvenile Justice Board and accordingly, he withdraws the same.

In view of aforesaid statement, present application for withdrawal of main petition is allowed and main case i.e. CRM-M-45668- 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands
disposed of accordingly.
